At the TheToolBoxShop.co.uk we have years of experience shipping toolboxes / trolleys of all shapes and sizes all over the world, so you can rest knowing that you will receive your order, well packed and protected.
Most of the time we will only used next day services to make sure you receive your order quickly and efficiently, However there maybe cases that we change to a slower service, this could be due to the delivery address being in a remote location or specialised handling maybe required.
If your order is placed before 13pm we will ship that working day however if the order is placed after this time or your order is out of stock we will ship it as soon as possible.
We work with a selection of couriers such as TNT, DPD, DHP, UPS and ParcelForce meaning that we can select the courier that is most efficient.
Tracking information for your order is normally sent within 12 hours of being booked in however there is a small possibility this can be delayed due to technical problems, as normal feel free to contact us if you need the shipping information resent.
If there are any problems or delays in shipping we will keep you informed so make sure when you order your contact details are correct.
In very rare cases your product could be damaged in shipping if this does happen please follow the steps below this will allow us to come up with a solution asap;
- If notice the box / packing is Damaged when signing for the delivery please make sure you sign using your signature and the word "damaged"
- Notify us immediately of any damages or imperfections by sending us an email to "email@example.com" please made sure to provide clear photos of the damage to the packing or product.
- Do not attempt to repair the damage yourself, many tool trolleys we have have an internal locking system that is very delicate to be tampered with and could completely lock up causing more damage and securing the tool trolley
- Do not send anything back to us until we email with the steps we require you to take, sometimes returning the damaged product is not required it could be a very simple fix with the correct parts.
- Wait for us to contact you and follow any steps with give you.
